Open the PeakForms app on your device and enter the email address and password provided by your administrator. If you haven’t received your credentials, contact your supervisor or company admin.
Yes. PeakForms is built offline-first. You can fill out and submit forms without a connection. Your submissions will automatically sync to the cloud when you’re back online.
From the Dashboard, tap a form type (e.g., Daily Work Sheet, JSA). Fill in the required fields, attach any photos or signatures, then tap Submit. The form will sync automatically.
You’ll receive a notification in the app. Open the rejected form to see the reason, make corrections, and resubmit. Rejected forms appear with a red badge on your Dashboard.
PeakForms is available on iOS and Android. When a new version is available, you’ll get a notification from your app store. Update to the latest version for new features and fixes.
Contact your organization administrator to reset your password. Administrators can update credentials through the PeakForms admin portal.
Visit the admin portal URL provided by your organization and log in with your admin credentials. The portal is available to users with admin or super admin roles.
