SMS Opt-In

Our SMS program

Peak Dynamics ERP, LLC sends service updates, account notifications, and payment notices by text message to customers who have opted in. This includes a notice at least 2 business days before any charge to a saved payment method.

How customers opt in

During intake, a customer receives a secure, one-time link to the Peak Dynamics customer form at crm.peakdyn.com. On that form, directly under the mobile phone field, there is an SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. The customer opts in only by actively checking that box before submitting the form.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. The checkbox is optional and not required to submit the form. The form submits either way, and the customer's choice is recorded with the submission.

This is a non-functional replica of the consent section of the customer form. It does not submit anything. The checkbox label is the exact disclosure shown to customers.
