How do I log in to PeakForecast?

Open the PeakForecast app on your device and enter the email address and password provided by your Western Veg Pro account representative. If you haven’t received your credentials, contact your WV Pro contact directly.

Can I use the app without internet?

Yes. PeakForecast is built offline-first. You can record initial, updated, and actual forecasts without a connection. Your entries will sync to the cloud automatically when you’re back online.

How do I file a forecast?

From the Dashboard, tap a ranch to open its detail screen. Tap an item to open the three-state entry view: enter your initial estimate, update it as conditions change, and record the actual at the end of the day. Tap Save & Sync.

What do the three states mean?

Initial is your morning estimate. Updated is your revision as the day progresses (often after the first harvest pass). Actual is the final cooler-confirmed quantity. Each state has its own color band so you can see at a glance where each item stands.

How do I update the app?

PeakForecast is available on iOS and Android. When a new version is available, you’ll get a notification from your app store. Update to the latest version for new features and fixes.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Tap “Forgot password” on the login screen to receive a reset link via email, or contact your Western Veg Pro account representative.

My forecast didn’t sync — what now?

Check the sync indicator at the top of the app. If you see a pending or error badge, pull down on the dashboard to retry. Your data is saved locally on the device and will not be lost.
